The location places you within walking distance to Xuan Huong Lake, although expect a steep uphill trek on the way back. The soundproofing is decent enough, allowing for some chatter leakage from the hallway.
I encountered a runaway cockroach in my room that made my skin crawl, and despite notifying them, no solution or room change was offered due to full bookings. Another issue I faced was the cleanliness delay, where my double room was ready, but the quadruple room took far too long to finish cleaning, leaving my family waiting longer than expected.

Exceptional staff made early check-in a breeze! The location is ideal, with shortcuts leading to the vibrant city. Beds are super comfy sweet, ensuring restful nights!
While quiet, accessing some areas is a bit tricky. Also, cheaply priced scooter rentals could be better maintained. mine had a slight issue.
